UN4U: the United Nations works for you

UN4U actively engages and inspires youth to take an interest in global issues by providing UN officials for high school visits. Through UN4U, expert speakers travel to your school and share their knowledge of topics you select. This international effort has reached over 75,000 students in countries around the world. To bring UN4U to your school, complete this form.

Invite a UN speaker to talk to your group

The UN Speakers Bureau provides groups the opportunity to meet with UN staff who are specialists in your area of interest. Briefings give you the opportunity to meet with a United Nations expert who will provide an in-depth look at the latest issues on the UN's agenda. A UN Speakers Bureau briefing is a unique, educational opportunity for your group.

      Who are briefings for?

While any group can request a briefing, the most frequent requests come from:

      • students, ages 12 and up
      • teachers and educators
      • business and government representatives
      • non-governmental organizations (NGOs)

How do I request a briefing?

Complete the relevant form to request a speaker for a briefing:

      At UN Headquarters

At your location with a UN speaker

At your location via a video-conference

For any questions, contact or call 1-212-963-7710.
